FROM THE KITCHEN
Klong Phai Farm’s free-range chickens and eggs are raised in the countryside of Thailand
by caring farmers under strict observance of international procedures.
We are guided by three main principles:
RESPECT for HUMAN HEALTH
We use no hormones and no antibiotics in our products.
RESPECT for ANIMAL LIFE and HEALTH
Our chickens have good quality of life and benefit from the natural environment in Khao Yai
National Park where they are allowed to roam free on our 37 acre farm. They are allowed to feed themselves freely with a variety of natural organic food rich in vitamin and protein which they find in the ground.
RESPECT for THE ENVIRONMENT
We use 100% natural biodegradable packaging, made from starch and natural fiber. The tray is biodegradable and is decomposed by biological means (microorganism) into elements of nature like carbon, oxygen and hydrogen.

evaluation and re-evaluation by on-site quality control staff

DISCIPLE of ESCOFFIER
The great chef Auguste Escoffier had a long-lasting impact on the culinary world. Not only did he revolutionize French cooking and the organization of the professional kitchen, but he also served as an inspiration for a continued tradition of culinary education and fellowship among chefs and restaurant industry professionals.
The Disciples Escoffier International is the premier gastronomic society established to maintain and promote the traditions of French cuisine. The group works to establish contacts between professionals and students, to organize culinary events where members can gather to discuss French haute cuisine, and to unite all Disciples Escoffier from around the world.
After 10 years of activities on Asia, the Association had to divide into 11 Delegations: Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia, New Caledonia.
Each in charge of the gastronomic actions led in its country in the respect for the Memory of Auguste Escoffier.
Our products are certified has been certified as Disciple of Escoffier in Asia Pacific.
