Description
Poulet Basquaise / Chicken with Bell Peppers
- Ingredients: Chicken 40%, Bell peppers 30%, Tomatoes 17%, Onions and garlic 7%, White wine 3%, Olive oil 2%, Herbs and condiments 1%.
- Preparation instructions:
- Using a Microwave: Put in a microwave at 800 watt for 5 mins.
- In a double boiler: Deep the frozen preparation without opening the wrapping in a saucepan of simmering water and warm it over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan: Open and pour the frozen content with 3 tbsp. of water and warm over medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Shelve life: 12 months
