
ROASTED BABY CHICKEN WITH HAY
INGREDIENTS
METHOD

Clean the chicken

Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Rub the whole baby chicken with butter, inside and on the skin.

Put the thyme, rosemary and 4 pieces of sliced lemon inside the chicken

Put half of the hay in a pot with a lit, place the chicken and the rest of the lemon slices on the hay and cover with the remaining hay.

Cover with the lid. Place in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Carefully remove the pot from the oven and don’t open the lid immediately. Leave for about 15 minutes.

Then place the whole baby chicken and roasted lemon on a serving dish.
Baby Chicken (1 pc.)
Fresh Thyme (2 sprigs)
Fresh Rosemary (1 sprigs)
Salted Butter (3 tbsp.)
Whole Lemon, Slice about 1 cm (1 whole)
Hay (Adjust to chicken size to cover and place underneath)
