Duck farm

Duck, once seen as a special treat, is now growing in popularity and is being eaten with greater frequency. It has dense, rich meat and a delectable layer of tasty fat, delivering deep flavour and delicious, crisp skin. The Barbary is one of the finest ducks on the market: it is a specialist breed that requires expert care and attention if being reared in free-range conditions. They thrive in big, dry areas with open space to move around freely. They are fed on packaged food containing an assortment of different proteins. 

Klong Phai Farm does all it can to ensure that the entire production process from start to finish is as humane as possible. Barbary ducks are known to love clean conditions. We strive to provide spotless areas with sizeable amounts of space for the ducks to roam freely, ultimately leading to higher quality meat. The specialist process that we use in rearing our free-range ducks means that the end result is a generous and delicious tasting bird, with succulent marbled meat, and an exceptionally rich and irresistible flavour.
