Veal Farm

Our veal calves are reared to high welfare standards and are farm assured under all the latest guidelines and health and safety standards. The calves are reared in barns that have plenty of space. We want them to enjoy the peace and quiet of the environment, so we make sure of calm and relaxing conditions at all times. We specialise in producing three breeds of calves, which are the Jersey, the Charolais-mixed dairy cow, and the Wagyu-mixed dairy cow. The veal they produce is some of the finest available in South East Asia.

There is an 18-20 week window for the calves to fully develop – during this time they will grow in a healthy and non-artificial manner, producing flavourful meat of the highest grade. The calves are free to eat as much as they want, allowing them to live very happy lives.

Their diet consists of milk, eggs and cassava to ensure that they have obtained optimal nutritional benefits. In case of sickness, our farmers will treat the calves traditionally by reducing their milk intakes, without the use of antibiotics, giving them the best possible chance to recover.

We supply a large number of catering establishments across Thailand that before our presence realized it was almost impossible to find high quality veal domestically and so were forced to result to imported sources.
