One of our signature dish as at Workshop is the Barbary duck breast from Klong Phai Farm. We’ve been using Barbary duck breast since the first day we opened our doors and he has become one of our customer favorites.
The inspiration behind this dish for me is what is important is the cooking process because when you receive high-quality ducks in like the one delivered by Klong Phai Farm to us it’s something that doesn’t need much help to shine it just needs to be cooked properly.

The chickens have no stress. They go around in the garden, enjoy food, enjoy everything, enjoy sun, enjoy raining. It’s no antibiotic, no medicine, nothing inside so this is already the fresh product is become fresher and the meat when you eat the meat is nice. It’s juicy you can make the crispy skin.
