The contest, hosted by Klong Phai Farm, aimed to show the exceptional quality of their free-range chicken and eggs while providing a platform for culinary students to demonstrate their culinary prowess. We are very proud to have had the honor of hosting esteemed Michelin-starred chefs Thierry Drapeau and Vincent Thierry at our event. Their presence added an extra layer of culinary excellence and served as a true inspiration to all the participants. The attendance of over 100 individuals, including industry professionals, food enthusiasts, and culinary aficionados, further highlighted the significance and popularity of the Klong Phai Farm School Culinary Contest.
