Taste of slowly cooked vegetables with oriental spices / serve with couscous or boiled potatoes
Ingredients: Chicken, Vegetables, Onions and garlic, Olive oil, Herbs and condiments.
Preparation instructions
- Using a Microwave: Put in a microwave at 800 watt for 5 mins.
- In a double boiler: Deep the frozen preparation without opening the wrapping in a saucepan of simmering water and warm it over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan: Open and pour the frozen content with 3 tbsp. of water and warm over medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
